Dental Hygiene Thank You Lettters

Task 17 - FLICKR: make a post.

saw service Google Picasa Albums is ideal to put our photos, share them with whomever we or put in the blog are personal albums. Flickr is different, is the largest repository of photos (hundreds of thousands), all photos are public (unless the user has reserved some and private) and is designed to find the set of labels (tags). services such as Flickr and YouTube , with so much volume, sorting would be useless.

First to upload photos you must be registered with Yahoo, but not to query and link, which is what we do. Http://www.flickr.com enter and put any words in the search of the home page and we have photos of different users that fall under this label.
We look at the essential features: each image is associated with a user, the labels (most have more than one), clicking on a photo shows its size real and if we do so on a user see all your photos or albums.
also have an eye on the search bar, we can put more than one word and choose to only look at the "tags" or "full text" which includes descriptions and user names. In "Advanced Search" gives us a better chance of filtering. Of course, the whole environment is in English and is by far the most complex we've seen in the course, so just try the basics: Do not
  • cortéis searches, places, objects, situations, feelings (test with melancholy, beautiful) ... any word answered in pictures.
  • The addresses (URLs) that appear in the browser corresponding to each page of images as you see it. For example, it belongs to the search tag "blues": http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=melancolia
  • address out putting up the photo and asking the cursor property. Even if you see that ends spaceball.gif is that it is protected for that size. For example: http://l.yimg.com/www.flickr.com/images/ spaceball.gif can not link the photo, but if it ends in a number like this http://www.flickr.com/ photos / diffuse / 110147937 / no problem.
Eye: http://www.flickr.com/ check the address is not flicker, that's another thing. And

task, find a photo you like, copy the url and click to display the image in a post, with some comment yours. Do not forget, give the name of the person links to a page where you found it. If you do that, you'll like, is right.
